Hand Therapy
Hand therapy is the treatment of hand and wrist disorders, injuries and post-surgical management.
It includes techniques of scar management and desensitisation, splinting, advice on activities of daily living, joint mobilisations, stretching, and active/ resisted exercises. Our hand therapists can also assist with emotional and psychological support if required, as well as with restoration of hand function.
